Coda Conduct is an engaging hip-hop duo consisting of members Erica and Sally. Since releasing their debut EP Butter Side Up mid last year, they’ve been turning heads across Australia.
They’ve appeared on Triple J Breakfast, been announced as the Canberra winners of Triple J’s Unearthed Groovin The Moo competition, selected as Unearthed Feature Artists and added to rotation on community radio across the country.
The pair possess a quick-witted versatility that sees their music range from cheeky and upbeat to thoughtful and honest, keeping fans on their toes with a heady mix of party bangers and heartfelt tunes.
Originally from Canberra, Coda Conduct now reside in Sydney, and continue to win fans in both cities with their high energy, grin-inducing performances. Recent gigs have included supports for Thundamentals, Pharoahe Monch, Chali 2Na and Tkay Maidza. They also perform regularly with Stayfly Sydney, an all-ladies hip hop project with collaborations between artists, musicians and dancers.
With a dexterous flow, meticulously considered lyrics, and a tongue-in-cheek brand of humour, Coda Conduct are quickly gaining a name as an act to watch in 2016.
