Clay J Gladstone

Clay J Gladstone’s debut EP, ‘Dead Friends,’ dropped on August 21, garnering support from Triple J and featuring prominently on Spotify and Apple Music editorials. Following this success, the band went on to release follow-up singles, ‘Hate Club’ and ‘Where Do Ya Want Me?,’ while embarking on a sold-out East Coast tour that hit major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Throughout 22/23, Clay J Gladstone had the opportunity to support Electric Callboy and Corey Taylor, solidifying their standing as one of Sydney’s most exciting new acts. Their music, a fusion of Australiana rock, emo, indie, punk, or, as the band playfully describes it, ‘whatever the hell you want to call it,’ has resonated with audiences and critics alike.

Recently, the band retreated to the studio with acclaimed producer Shane Edwards (known for his work with The Libertines and Trophy Eyes) to craft their highly anticipated debut full-length album. Anticipate a wave of new music scheduled for release throughout 2024.
